Agreement to Terms

Welcome to BlueVista Turlock Pool Services. By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms of Service apply to all customers who hire us for pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, or inspection services in Turlock, CA and surrounding areas.

Our Services

We provide professional pool cleaning and maintenance services including weekly cleaning, one-time deep cleaning, green pool treatment, filter cleaning, equipment repairs, tile cleaning, and pool inspections.

Service descriptions on our website are for informational purposes. The actual scope of work will be confirmed during our initial consultation and documented in your service agreement.

Scheduling and Cancellations

You can schedule services by calling us at (209) 638-0205 or submitting a request through our website. We will confirm your appointment within one business day.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as soon as possible if this happens.

Pricing and Payment

Service pricing will be provided during your consultation based on your pool size, condition, and the services you need. All prices are subject to change, but we will always notify you before starting work if costs differ from the initial quote.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

For weekly service plans, payment is typically due monthly. Late payments may result in suspension of service and additional fees.

Access to Your Property

By hiring us, you grant our technicians access to your pool area during scheduled service times. If your pool area is locked or gated, you are responsible for providing access.

For weekly service customers, you may provide us with a gate code or key. We will keep this information secure and only use it for scheduled services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your pool area is safe for our technicians to work. This includes securing pets and notifying us of any hazards.

Liability and Insurance

BlueVista Turlock Pool Services is fully insured. We take every precaution to protect your property during service, but we cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage or issues not caused by our work.

If damage occurs during our service that is our fault, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. You must notify us of any concerns within 48 hours of service.

We are not responsible for damage to pool equipment or property caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to weather, manufacturer defects, or improper prior maintenance.

Service Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to make it right.

For weekly service customers, we guarantee that your pool will be clean and properly balanced. If issues arise between visits that are related to our service, we will return at no additional charge.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate weekly service with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for payment for all services provided up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any customer who is abusive to our staff, fails to provide safe working conditions, or does not pay for services rendered.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.
